At Aurora Crate Book Box, we want your literary journey to be magical; if your items arrive damaged or don't meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the curated nature of our boxes, items must be in their original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund.

  Securely pack the items in their original Aurora Crate packaging, ensuring that books and collectibles are protected from potential transit damage.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
